| While the two entryways to our apartment building are really nice from a historical perspective, they definitely require some work such that our building more fully complies with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). As such, I am working with the building owner to secure cost estimates from qualified Minneapolis remodeling contractors to complete the required work next summer. While we are interested in "refurbishing" the entries, we definitely want to maintain as much of the existing character as possible. Consequently, the person we hire has to be able to bring some "creativity" to the job. Therefore, if anyone has had a positive experience working with such a person in the Minneapolis area, I would really appreciate if you would share their contact information with me. Thanks! |
