| In addition to managing an apartment building in Minneapolis, I am also employed full-time. As such, I am still generally able to complete many of the routine maintenance tasks required. However, with the onset of winter, I am finding that I am often unable to keep the place safe through the shoveling of snow, application of de-icer, etc. Consequently, I am currently looking for a referral for anyone whom would consider themselves to be a "Minneapolis handyman". Please note, if this person is "good", I would probably be able to also offer them some additional work this spring and summer such as incidental painting, pressure washing, etc. Therefore, if anyone has a recommendation for a person whom could fill this need, please let me know.
